Commercial & General partnered with Flinders Ports to develop a 19,000sqm storage and distribution facility in Port Adelaide for major fertiliser company, Incitec Pivot Fertilisers.
The facility was the first to be built within the new 17ha Dockside Industrial Estate at Port Adelaide, which offers tenants the advantages of close proximity to inner harbour wharves, rail siding and potential intermodal/drop zone facilities. Under the development arrangements with Flinders Ports, Commercial & General delivered the warehouse, heavy vehicle hard stand and administration offices for Incitec Pivot Fertilisers on a long-term lease.
The Dockside Industrial Estate location is a key element to providing premium development options to industrial customers, particularly in the bulk commodity storage sector.
