The University of Adelaide Student Village is a purpose-built student accommodation complex, constructed by Commercial & General for the University of Adelaide.
Working closely with the University of Adelaide, Commercial & General created a state-of-the-art student hub, uniting social and educational facilities with access to all of Adelaide’s CBD amenities and a city lifestyle.

The facility provides generous and secure accommodation for more than 400 university students.
Long term lease
The Village is actively managed and maintained with a long-term lease commitment from the University of Adelaide.
The layout of the development is intended to be reminiscent of a village with a sense of community enhanced by pedestrian-only access streets, common facilities, a Village Green, laundry, and secure basement car parking facilities of over 2,500 sqm.
