Commercial & General designed and constructed the Halifax Street redevelopment project, operating under a joint venture with the Adelaide City Council and Pentroth Pty Ltd.
Combining the old and the new
The project involved construction of 190 high to medium density dwellings within the precinct, including the sympathetic restoration of existing heritage-listed buildings, including the renowned on site ‘chimney’ and the building that now houses a popular inner city restaurant.
Cleverly designed with a clear focus on both space, privacy and the integration of landscaping, the Halifax development provided highly successful outcomes for both residents and investors.
