A substantial refurbishment of 196 O.G. Rd, Felixstow was undertaken by Hewlett Packard Enterprise alongside their purpose built fitout that was initially designed to accommodate approximately 550 staff from various sites. Employees at the heart The HP Campus Adelaide operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore employees were paramount to the design. Features included a new entrance facade and forecourt, multiple purpose-built break-out spaces and a ‘green park’ area running through the interior of the building which was designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces and promote employee collaboration.
A cafe with a large new balcony overlooking an oval which is perfect for staff BBQs, ergonomic workstations, a games room, parent’s room, a new end of trip facility and utilisation of the latest LED lighting technology for energy efficiency also feature throughout.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise have publicly announced plans to grow their presence in South Australia significantly; with an additional new building of up to 8,000 sqm which is able to be constructed on the property to accommodate these ambitions.
